THE HORIZON
Designing impact from the inside out. We optimize square footage to breathe, innovate, and adapt within a physical environment

— Project Challenge:
The Horizon faced the logistical complexity of balancing extreme elevation with environmental exposure. The primary objective was to create a residential spire that offers unobstructed panoramic views while maintaining structural stability against high-velocity coastal winds. The design needed to move away from traditional "box" luxury and aerodynamic silhouette.
— Design Solution:
Our approach utilized a central reinforced exoskeleton that allows for expansive floor plates and floor-to-ceiling glass apertures. By integrating "wind-voids" within the mid-section of the structure, we reduced lateral wind load while creating elevated sky gardens. The use of matte aluminum and solar-responsive glazing ensures the building’s skin evolves with shifting light of the day.
— The Urban Legacy:
The Horizon stands as a beacon of sustainable verticality. It proves that high-density luxury can coexist with ecological responsibility, serving as a prototype for future coastal developments that prioritize both human experience and environmental harmony.
